Refund Rules
General Refund Policy
At Motion Education, we strive to provide transparent and fair refund policies for our students. Please read the following rules carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.
Important: Form amount/kit amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Registration Fee Refund
No refund of the registration fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
Short-Term Course Fee Refund
No fee refund of any type will be made under any circumstances after joining the short-term classroom/online courses.
Online Anushaasan Live Course Fee Refund
- The booking amount of Rs. 5,000 is completely refundable within 15 days from the batch start date.
- If you are not satisfied, you can claim a full refund within 15 days from the start of your batch, apart from the kit amount.
- After 15 days, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
- The kit amount for the Online Live Anushaasan Program is ₹15,000/-, which is non-refundable.
- No refund policy for 3rd party EMI/Loan.
Offline Classroom Fee Refund
Starting from day 1 class attendance reflecting in our record till:

| 45 days | 50% of the tuition fee (50% deduction) |
| 60 days | 40% of the tuition fee (60% deduction) |
| 90 days | 30% of the tuition fee (70% deduction) |
| 120 days | 20% of the tuition fee (80% deduction) |
Note: The kit amount for the Dhruv Program, JEE/NEET & Tapasya is Rs. 15,000/- and for the Foundation division is Rs. 10,000/- which is non-refundable.
No refund policy for EMI/Loan. Refund requests will not be accepted after 120 days.
Important Notes
- Any Legal Matter/Dispute related to Fee Refund is subject to Kota (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.
- Motion Education Pvt. Ltd. only handles refund cases through emails. No phone calls will be entertained for the refund process.
